- Known for many years as 'LT25', Studio White Earthenware is a very plastic white earthenware clay consisting of ball and china clays from Devon and Cornwall.
- Studio White Earthenware was designed primarily for throwing.
- Good 'green' strength and fires to an ivory-white colour.
- Relatively high in calcium therefore leadless transparent glazes can fire 'milky'. To avoid this, select a low-solubility glaze.
