This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Small Ceramics Ltd (the "Physical Goods").

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Small Ceramics Ltd is 365 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You must also show your receipt/proof of purchase.

- the company will repair the product, at no cost
- the product will be exchanged with a new product, at no cost
- the price of product will be refunded

- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- damage of a product resulting from negligence
- damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
- damage caused by natural disaster
- theft or loss of the product
