Check out Mayco’s Poppy Fields glaze from the Jungle Gems line. At Cone 06, Poppy Fields features a translucent blue base glaze with large white crystals that melt and bloom and small blue specks, creating dramatic bursts of color as the embedded crystals melt and bloom during firing.

For mid-range firings at Cone 6, the base color tends to soften and the crystals melt away, increasing the glaze’s flow and potentially causing unique surface effects. This glaze adds excitement and multicolor patterns to your ceramic creations!
